Why is there no Giant Robot album in the Buckethead catalogue?
I am wanting to get that, Diamond in the Rough and Elephant Man\'s Alarm Clock next. Then maybe Colma and Slaughterhouse on the Prairie.
Eventually, after I have all of those, I will get In Search Of The...

But where is Giant Robot?

Dental records don't lie,
Buried deep stays buried still...

I wish Buckethead would come to the UK.

I don\'t think TDRS Music can sell all of the albums here.  Rights issues, availability/OOP, Japanese releases, etc...

Any idea where I can buy it? It needs to have shipping to the UK... And not be really expensive.

For some Buckethead releases you may not find at your local record shop or at TDRS, check out DMG:

There are several cheap ones available for international shipping through Amazon Marketplace here.

Edit to add: I got mine from "gohastings" (in the list above), they have one right now for $11.62. Also, "FOT RECORDS" have one for $11.63. Hurry up and grab one, mate!

Cool, I bought the FOT RECORDS one. It says "Used, like new" but "never played". ???

It came on wednesday and it was BRAND NEW but with a notch! I don\'t know why it\'s notched, it\'s just out of print but the new ones are at least $57. I saved $46. ;D

I say SCORE, DisembodiedLoaf! :)

Is it a notch in the back of the CD jewel case? When I worked some for a record store some 20 years back, that meant it was a promotional copy.

It\'s like one of these, on the opening: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cut-out_(recording_industry)

They usually do that when a cd doesn\'t sell so the buyer can\'t return it (Because the company couldn\'t sell it again). But giant robot is just out of print. Even the 2000 version. Don\'t know why it was notched.

When I took it out of the packaging, it was wrapped in cellafame but it seemed looser than my previous purchased cd\'s (from tdrs) so I thought the seller just put it on but then I saw the barcode sticker and I thought maybe they put that on too but when I took the cellafame off (which was hard to do), everything was in perfect condition. New cd smell and all. ;D

I nearly bought a 2005 ETC with a Cut Out in it, instead I bought the reissue.
