"The answer is never the answer. What\'s really interesting is the mystery.
If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you\'ll always be seeking.
I\'ve never seen anybody really find the answer-- they think they have, so they stop thinking.
But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery,
plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom.
The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer."

Very interesting documentary. Must see for art and music-lovers.

You\'re Gonna Miss Me, a great documentary about Roky Erickson. Roky is the master of horror-rock, definitely worth checking out.

Thanks kindly for the heads up \'headcheese.
I must say Empty Space is mighty good, full-on robot rock.
It\'s a good item.

Don\'t know that I would change the setlist. Just seems to me that Bucket is making an effort to tighten up the band, pure and simple. I enjoy seeing him with an ipod, but this show was 100% live music, zero backing tracks! That is fresh, imo. Even the nunchuka/dance music was live, which is a first as far as I remember.

Also, *ACHING BACKPIECE* was stenciled on B\'s road crates. Not that anyone here needs to be reminded of his health issues, but naturally, it factored into his set.

The famed \'stretchy\' guitar strap was certainly missed, but I\'m sure it\'s no good for his back, considering the way he used to torque that thing out, playing one-handed with the guitar pushed 2 or so feet away from his torso, strumming the back of the guitar while playing one-handed, and all that fun stuff. All that stuff is pretty amazing flair that makes peoples\' wigs flip and was a significant part of his act.
Just an observation.

Good show, indeed.
Drove from Ohio for my eleventh live Buckethead experience and was not let down. Final Wars was worth the trip alone! Good times. Cheers to B\' and the boys.

Totally agree with your take on youtube, stumpdangler. I completely avoided the videos from Minnesota before attending the Beaumont show. Think I\'ll go watch em\'  now.

  Can\'t wait for Nelson Ledges!

QuoteGreat,

Hope it arrives soon, because one pickup of my signature is broken, and I\'m waiting for my dealer to get a new one (I hope that\'s even possible).

I feel your pain. My Sig\' is in the shop right now, too. Upper killswitch failure.
It\'s actually the second issue I\'ve had with my Sig. The finish cracked at the neck heel due to varnish build-up. While Gibson will not cover this, the luthier fixing my killswitch told me this was Gibson\'s fault and that he would make them cover the finish crack as well as the killswitch (still under warranty).

I LOVE my Sig\', but for the money, I should not be having these issues.

Yeah, I\'m really digging it, too. Sick beats and good samples all the way through. Reminds me a lot of Metal Fingers, A.K.A. MF Doom/Daniel Dumile/Viktor Vaughn etc....but yeah, sounds a lot like "Metal Fingers- Specail Herbs", if that helps anyone. Me like.
"Big ups" to Brain....and Travis for making available

Can I suggest no more LeBron tributes?  The man no longer deserves the honor.
Track 1 sounds like another LeBron song, in my opinion. Maybe call it "Durantula" in honor of Kevin Durant? Durant seems to have twice the character than the other guy.
1st post...much love to all you bots!
