So i was looking at the audio files of Monolith on my computer and the year of release showed up as 1987 for all five tracks. Doesn't make any sense, right? Maybe Buckethead just messing with us.

I was wondering though if this showed up for anyone else?

Monolith was released in 2007.

Ya know something else that's interesting concerning buckethead audio files. When I uploaded Shores of malokai CD to my iTunes, the composer info was quite interesting...

I got the downloads the day they came out on bucketheadpikes.com, then loaded those into iTunes.  There was no composer information.

Whoa, I saw the composer information...that's new!  :o

Ok so it turns out there's this punk band called Amebix that released an album in 1987 titled ''Monolith''. I guess iTunes got that mixed up.

Yeah, but Buckethead rarely ever uses his real name
