Hey Travis. I\'m in the UK and...

Got my copies of AS + BON over the weekend, but found cracks in the front of both CD cases. They were in separate packages and the damage was obviously incurred during transit.

The old white packets were perfect, never a single crack despite dozens of orders. If its a permanent switch, perhaps consider some cardboard or something to re-enforce the case?

Whatever, thanks for two great albums.

Sorry you had a problem. The supplier of the boxes we normally use ran out right when we released the new CDs. Those were envelopes we used to use to ship CDs we had left over. I didn\'t want to hold up orders on the boxes. We have the boxes back now. I have had people ask me to use the padded envelopes rather than the boxes because they think it will protect CDs more. I think you have proven it does not. The boxes actually cost much more and are more to ship but they cut down on damage. As I\'ve out lined in the store FAQ, CDs are very hard to protect if enough pressure is applied to the package, it\'s going to break. The boxes have brought the breakage down to a very small number and we will replace the case if it does happen. Email me your invoice number and I\'ll replace your cases.

No need for a replacement, the damage was only minor.

As for the Envelopes; in the future I would be very happy to pay extra to have the boxes for over-seas delivery.

Uk Bot here too who also got the same 2 cd\'s through.  No issue\'s with mine.  They were both packaged together in the usual cardboard folding box.

 I have had CD\'s that have arrived before with their cases cracked, but once they enter the postal system, i\'m sure they get thrown all over the place.

No, Thanatopsis will always involve Ramy Antoun, an irreplaceable part of Thanatopsis\'s sound. Dragons is a whole other animal. I hope there will be more of both at some point.

That\'s so great to hear.  I love Ramy\'s style, he\'s a truly amazing drummer and fits Thanatopsis unbelievably well.    

CDs came yesterday, but only had a rushed run through so far. Thx!
