Friday the 13th

 :o

all of the first four movies in one ... kinda.

the killins are grrruesome, stupid teenagers are just that.

the totally weird thing is the brothers from Supernatural are in it, one of them I was just praying let him be first...

he was that much of a d!ck, the movie takes a few cues from TTCM and RZsH.

SEE IT!

Changeling

not The Changeling with George C. Scott, although that movie scared me good!  i was quite young when i saw it but when that red ball comes bouncing down the stairs to greet him and its WET!  aaaaaaa!  man that scared me!

anyhow, i\'m talking about the 2008 movie with Malkovich and Jolie.  good one.

now don\'t read this link if you haven\'t seen it and don\'t want it spoiled kay?  but this was all so creepy and interesting and i had never heard about all this before even though i\'ve spent my whole life in the area(s)

Truth:  it's OK if they don't understand.  if you follow it, stay true to it, and respect it, you could be in store for the greatest journey you could ever imagine.

I picked up 3 old vhs horror movies at a garage sale yesterday for 50¢ each and I was suprised how much I liked them.

Death Spa (1988 ) great campy style horror film with mostly cheesy actors (also has Robert Lipton and Ken Foree who I like). Full-on over the top death scenes filled with blood and gore, personally I love these types of movies.

Eaten Alive (1977) this is directed by Tobe Hooper who also directed Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Poltergiest/etc, and has Robert Englund (Freddy Kruger) in it. Never saw this before and like all of Tobe\'s movies - this was great!

Shock Waves (1977) with Peter Cushing - A low budget "Zombie" movie that isn\'t that gory, it\'s more implied. Again, for all us cheesy horror film lovers this is pretty good.

wow, can\'t beat that deal.

Eaten Alive is a good one and let us not forget, starring the ever gagged & tied Marilyn Burns :)

if they ever remake that one I hope Tobe will call Bill Moseley.  he\'d do a fine job as Judd the hotel owner.

I\'ve had this in my hand at Blockbuster numerous times, but never rented. Think I will now, thanks.

I was stoked to pick up a bunch of dvds last weekend at a yard sale, all for $1ea  ;D

One that I got is Cannibal Holocaust - Ok, I have heard of this movie but never saw it until now - OMG, what a disturbing movie (especially the animals that were killed on screen), I really don\'t know what to say about it, it freaked me out the way a good horror movie should but it also freaked me out like I\'m gonna sleep with the lights on for a few nights.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen it and what they think.

I had a roommate in college who wrote a paper about that movie.  She watched it on and off for about 2 weeks.  I avoided it as much as possible.  I did watch enough to see horrible acting and that made me wonder what kind of people would head off into the jungle and do such a thing.  That\'s the part I found disturbing.

Double Dare (2005)

I have mentioned before that I am a huge Xena fan so I picked up a copy of this movie because it is a documentary about Zoe Bell stuntwoman for Lucy Lawless and Jeannie Epper stuntwoman for the original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter. If you like documentaries this is a great movie with fun interviews and great behind the scenes action sequences. Recently Zoe Bell has also taken up acting, notably in Tarantino\'s Death Proof.
