Not anymore! Too hard to sustain, especially to find quality raw meat. Maybe Maximum Bob could\'ve given me some pointers.

Smoothies are an excellent way to get your phyto nutrients. Haven\'t smoothied or juiced a fig. Probably very tasty. :)
a favorite green smoothie: banana, coconut, spinach. you can add pineapple when they\'re in season too :)
also good: strawberry, banana, orange, & red chard

up here and I love bananas, coconut, & spinach !

i use those Thailand young coconuts. some people use the whole thing for one smoothie, i usually make it into two.
