It just appears to be a continuation of Pike 33. Pumpkin + Pikes = Pumpkin Pikes. The song titles reflect this as well.

He is a cool fella indeed. I ordered a copy of  his Packs a Wallop CD off his site last year, and when I received it he had also tossed in a copy of The Moon is Disgusting for no reason at all! Both amazing discs btw, pick them up if you haven't.

Also patiently awaiting a new Frankenstein Bros album!!

Yeah, I remember this. I loved how minimal Best Regards was and while I wasn't too keen on a lot of the Kind Regards stuff, there was some of the catchiest hooks I've heard on that collection. I wouldn't mind if it was just a standard release, a single album's worth of material, so long as we hear these three talentless people jam together one last time.

Warm Regards, anyone?

Talentless? I hope that was a typo ;D

Wasn't too big on either of the "Regards" releases, but there was some good stuff mixed in with the more difficult material. Wouldn't mind hearing more.

Good to hear from you Duck, and I agree with you 100%!

After the way everyone whined for the Slaughterhouse on the Prairie and A Real Diamond in the Rough re-presses, only to have most people bail when it came time to actually pay up, I wouldn't blame Travis and Buckethead if they never did another repress. I would imagine it's just not worth it financially.

Looks like extreme rarities are extremely common nowadays.   ;)

That's the same set, just re-listed at a lower price.

The first couple shows of the tour are always a little rocky. I was at the Nelsons Ledges show a couple days later and it was a marked improvement from the videos of St. Louis I saw.

^6Hm, interesting. Could possibly be a local band.

Buckethead @ Nelson Ledges this Saturday for me! :)

Cornbugs aren't full length Buckethead concert performances, but they are an official release. Aggie Theater is audio, not DVD.

It was a fake. A bootleg done up with some fancy artwork and a snap case.

Don't spend your money on this stuff folks. Aside from Secret Recipe, and Young Buckethead Volumes 1 & 2, there are no legitimate DVD releases of full length Buckethead concerts. You're only lining the pockets of some scammer who whipped this up in his home office for pennies.

Yeah, I think it's pretty pathetic sign of the times when we've reached a point where we openly talk about how we uploaded Buckethead's albums on the forum of one of his main vendors! Come on people! You saw what happened with the Young Buckethead stuff years back, yet you still don't seem to grasp that the effects of this uploading/downloading are very real for a small time artist like Buckethead.

Bucketfel, you are talking out of your behind, kid. "It's up to true fans to enjoy the music"? What does that even mean? How is it someone's responsibility to like something? It doesn't even make sense. I know you've come under fire for downloading Bucket's music several times in the past, yet it seems you continue to do so and defend it to boot, so I'm sure nothing I say is going to change your mind or make you get it. The least you could do is just stay quiet about it rather than encourage it, especially since you obviously don't have anything of any substance to say.

Droidhunter13, uploading Balloon Cement was wrong, and you should take it down immediately. Yes I realize that other users have uploaded it as well, but you're not helping the situation by uploading it again and making it easier for people to find. Pointing at someone else and saying "well he did it too" doesn't make it alright.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. Back on topic, yes Balloon Cement is real and it's a very fun album. Recommend purchasing it highly. :D

Thank you for your response sngwthme. I appreciate it a lot ;D

Yes just about everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with that recording session. The bass drum came out so weak that the guitarist had to go back and layer another electronic bass drum track over it, which is where the not-so-tight sounding stuff comes in.

Oh well, we\'ll get it right on the next recording. Thanks again.

Your art, music, projects and links / Buck the Myna!

Hey everybody. I apologize for this self promotion, but I REALLY need to hear some input from some good musicians. This is a very simplistic rock band me and some bots put together called Buck the Myna. I\'m the bass player and I definietly have some criticisms about the band of my own, so PLEASE don\'t hesitate to criticize or say "hey this sucks", it will help help us out a lot.

Thanks a lot!

Travis, a CD-R with the inserts seems like a smart way to go. People can put it in an empty jewel case, and voila, there ya have it. That\'s a close as you can get without actually repressing the album.

As for those concerned about CD-R lifespan, rip it to your computer, or buy a spindle of blank CD\'s to  back it up. You can probably buy a pack of 50 discs for $5 something like that.

I think the idea of alternate artwork is a very good one, I can say for certain I\'d buy a couple copies of the repress. But I also understand that this is probably beyond Travis\'s control. I\'d have to assume any decisions about album art are Buckethead\'s to make.
