So I'm told that last night's show (New Orleans) was cancelled... anyone have any intel? This is a mighty rare occurrence if I'm not mistaken?
Sure hope that B (and Uncle Mikey) are OK! Also hope that nobody here got shafted for their show, that would truly be a heartbreaker.

So, with all this new FB action and tourdates... any chance of a new recording? Prototype#2 perhaps? I\'ll be attending the Syracuse show and I can hardly wait, I think I\'m about to bust! Uncle Mikey is one of the coolest guys in the Universe!

I\'m hoping to meet a bunch of bots, both from here and from the .tk at the show in KC. I\'m probably going to get some of those cheesy "HELLO, MY NAME IS:__PHY!__" stickers so everyone will see me coming, still I\'d like to see a show of hands, so how many people here will be in attendance? Will this be your first trip to Bucketheadland or have you been mutilated before? Also, anyone from the area who has any thoughts on a good spot to meet\'n\'greet, maybe have a nosh, etc.?

I\'m so pumped it\'s absolutely stupid. As I\'m typing this my hands are actually sweating just a little bit.. and I get the butterflies in the belly... what am I, like 10 years old?!

Dagnabbit... I was about to order a new shirt last night but the one I want (the first one, white with B holding the neck of the LesPaul) is only available in small anymore. Will there be any other sizes made available anytime soon? I don\'t really think I can pull off a small anymore. I NEED to have this shirt for the KC show, so if there\'s no current plans to re-stock I\'ll have to make my own iron-on version.

Who else will be watching? My Daughter Annie came up to me earlier today and said "what channel is basketball on Daddy?" right out of the wild blue.. I don\'t know what possessed her. So I told her that she\'s in luck tonight, it\'s the NBA all-star game, we then watched a bunch of uToob vids of Blake Griffin doing slam-dunks. Cool!

on the Happy Holidays CD... listening today I realized that when I hear that first part of track #10 I\'m half-expecting Maximum Bob to yell out "Geeez... That\'s a mighty nice ride you got there... whadaya say, maybe, scoot on over lemme hop on in... I just need a ride!". It fits so perfectly, go on and bust out that Deli Creeps and see for yourself. Either the demo or the first album version, both fit pretty well.

OK, so I never meant to start a war, I don\'t see it as "giving them away" as much as "advertising". Seems that some people agree and some people disagree. I certainly never meant any disrespect to Buckethead (whom I love as much as life!) or Travis (whom I respect immensely!). Either way, the music is not mine to share, so to calm the tempest I took them all down. I won\'t do those anymore.

I\'d NEVER complain about what you do Travis, never.

Fact is, you\'re one of my most favoritest places to order from. So this is just a suggestion, based upon my latest purchase of That 1 Guy\'s new album Packs A Wallop! from the Artist Farm. The way they have it set up is that when you order, either physical or digital, you can download your purchase immediately, in whatever format you\'d prefer. I think that this is totally the way of the future. You get choice of preference AND instant gratification, what could be better than that?

I LOVE this arrangement. I guess maybe it\'s not for every artist, but if I had my druthers I\'d have this purchase model for everything I buy. It was cheap & easy and SO satisfying! Fast too! I was listening to my purchase mere minutes after PayPal\'ing for it.



I would totally KILL to be able to listen to my new Buckethead purchase while waiting for it to come in the mail. As I said, you are fast and awesome in your mailing, so it\'s not like it\'s a big deal to have to wait for it, I mean I\'ve waited this long so what\'s another week or so, right?

So.. my son, Maximus (Max actually, I just can\'t get enough of calling him Maximus!) is totally and hopelessly addicted to the Transformers, in every way/shape/form. Which means, that by default, I am exposed to more of it than I can even remember being when I was a kid (& also completely hopelessly hooked, I told my Wife, he\'s predisposed to it, it\'s in his blood!).

So I\'ve seen the original animated movie (20th Anniversary edition - with the restored Spike\'s "Oh, shit!" line! Imagine my surprise! "Oh no dear, there\'s nothing bad in the animated movie, it\'s for kids..." D\'oh!) about a gazillion times now (who minds?!) and I\'ve been drenched in Vince\'s score(s). Of course it\'s very 80\'s (obviously) but then so was I! This is just real good stuff.

I\'ve also since got him the 4 seasons of the TV series, something like a hundred episodes, that oughta hold the little bugger! Also, the Go Go Bots thing, that was especially for littler kids, he LOVES that stuff.

Actually let him watch the live-action movie a few times (against Mom\'s best wishes, again, Daddy always "knows better") until he woke up in the middle of the night yelling "ROBOTS CHASING ME!!!". D\'oh! Chalk up yet another boner for Daddy. Did I mention? He\'s 3. Still, you can\'t keep him from his "robots!" it\'s about all he wants to do anymore. It\'s all about the Autobots.

She loves doing "the Buckethead" and pretty soon she\'ll be able to play it flawlessly. She was thrilled that I wrote it out for her, she\'s a huge fan of Willy Wonka (& Buckethead too, of course!). It truly fills my heart with joy to hear her striving to get it right, I could never get tired of listening to that played over and over by her. It\'s the cutest thing ever. Once she\'s perfected it I\'ll post a uToob vid of her nailing it.

Holy macaroni.. B\'s website hasn\'t been updated since Jebus knows when, sometime around \'05?! That\'s almost 5 years ago now at this point? I mean I know we can all hear about the latest releases here (thanks Travis!) but holy canoley, you\'d think that Bucket would have somebody "minding the site" so to speak? Other than the Homing Beacon splash nothing much has changed for a long, long time.

I just really wish that there was some kind of updating going on, even if it\'s not much it would still be better than nothing.

Don\'t get me wrong, I know he\'s a super busy guy, probably one of the busiest, but that\'s why we put somebody else in charge of shit like that. Just hire a web guy, even if it\'s just part-time, then there could always be a little something something new every now and again.
(Like for example, the new DCK release? etc.)
