My apologies to all. As has been pointed out a number of times now, I have Nov 1 as the release dates posted here and on the CD pages for the new CD\'s. As a few wondered, what was I talking about, the long wait till the release, if it was just a few days away. Well, I just, as I so often do, wrote it down once then pasted it all over the place, wrong.
So, I know many will be disappointed but The CD\'s are not even pressed yet, the best guess release date is Dec 1.
If you bought the pre-order thinking you were getting it in a few days and would rather not tie your money up for a month waiting, let me know and I can cancel your order and get your money back.
I\'ll correct the dates on the other pages shortly. Sorry again for the misinformation.

Here in Holland we don\'t do Christmas with presents. We have a holiday on the 5 december and we get a lot of presents then. Now I know what i\'m gonna ask.... ::)

I love (LOVE) all the records these songs (sessions) come from, so I absolutely can not wait for this. Based on the clips they aren\'t left overs, but exactly what the title implies, stuff that was just left hanging.

In case this album slips into the Encyclopedia on the tk. "Terra Firma" is greek for "Firm Land" or at least sounds close enough to tierra firme in spanish wich translates the same as english XD
I don\'t mind the additional month of waiting Travis, we all make mistakes, that\'s what makes us human. The wait will be excrutiating, of course, but my order for both albums stays put. It\'s a great feeling nonetheless to have them pre-ordered and paid for, and just when you almost forget about them.. they plop down your mailbox and brighten your day like nobody\'s business. Those little white parcels definitely do that to you.
So no worries Travis, none whatsoever. They\'ll arrive when the time is right, as simple as that.

I think I speak for most fans when we say we are super happy that new music is on it\'s way. Understandably the process of printing, legal requirements, and making sure the finished product is acceptable should not be rushed. But know for sure, that the fans can not wait. I think the two of you should make it out to NLQP in Ohio, that\'s only about 5hours, and a great place for a show. can\'t wait for the new disc..

December is fine with me. I don\'t feel like I\'ve been left hanging. Pardoning my pun, how many plays on words are there on the cover of Left Hanging? Attention is focused on the left of the two gallows, and the guy on the right is watching the other gallows and is sort of "left hanging" while waiting to be hanged. The songs are those left hanging or left over after other Cds [I often feel sort of left hanging at the end of Thanatopsis albums because I want them to keep going].
Something is going on at the left gallows, but I can\'t tell if it\'s anther way to be left hanging or leave a hanging. Can someone with a really big computer screen see what is going on?
When I first saw the cover I thought it was Buckethead about to be hanged and Travis looking on. Don\'t know why. I don\'t wish it on any of them, heh, just the image I got.
