Good Question....Like to know the answer to that too!
On tk someone said it is from a movie called Chopper in which Eric Bana plays a convict. He is the person you hear. This is all second hand. I have never seen the movie.

Certainly sounds like him.
Yeah that song samples lines from a scene in the Australian movie Chopper starring Eric Bana in the title role. Its an awesome movie about the life of professional criminal and hitman Mark "Chopper" Reid who is best known for cutting off both of his own ears while in prison (Hence the line "How come I don\'t have any ears?")
Do yourself a favour and search out this movie!
Cool thanks, I\'ll try pick the movie up.

ever since seeing that I always see Eric Banana when i see his name. not sure why. eh hem.
jokes aside, i agree. good movie!
I\'m sure glad that cutting of his ears didn\'t effect his ability to wear sunglasses.
Very interesting album. My son, who has a short attention span and tends to flick from track to track when we are driving together, lets Funnel Weaver go without advancing to the next track. I wish some of the songs on there blossomed into full-fledged expanded tracks. Almost like a teaser. Great album! (or CD, whatever they are called these days).
